Gertrude Moser-Wagner.

Born in St. Georgen am Kreischberg. Visual artist and conceptual artist based in Vienna. Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna with Bruno Gironcoli. After graduating in sculpture 1981, Moser-Wagner lectured at art universities – Academy of Fine Arts, Applied Arts – and at Webster University Vienna until 2010. Moser-Wagner had exhibitions internationally, with projects of art in public space, project art, radio art; since 2000 increasingly dedicating to curatorial and editorial practices in art. Cooperation in interdisciplinary projects of art / literature / science with a focus on art as a process. Since 2009, among other things, “art goes science” and since 2014 “art contains”, this as a practical series of experiments on site and also at a time when the concept of art has expanded and is no longer tied to cities in particular.
