Gerda Lampalzer (AT), since 2016 private lecturer in media art with a focus on artistic research, artistic works in the field of photography, video, installation, concept, text.

Since 1993 artistic collaboration with Manfred Oppermann. Since 1980 co-director of Medienwerkstatt Wien, since 1987 teaching at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, 2013-2015 visiting professor for time-based media at the University of Art Linz. Awards include 1999 Recognition Award of the Province of Lower Austria for Media Art, 2005 Nomination for the Intern. Media Prize for Science and Art of the ZKM, 2005 Karl Hofer Prize of the Berlin University of the Arts, 2006 Appreciation Prize of the Province of Lower Austria for Media Art, 2013 Austrian Art Prize for Video and Media Art.
